Turnkey Retail Space
With the Yonge Street redevelopment underway, our client needed a space with a brand new infrastructure and fresh feel to run their business. This was a fully serviced space that Cubecom leased, designed, built, and furnished with ample storage, custom millwork display cases, and bright showcase lighting. Shiny polished concrete floors and a beautiful multi-coloured barnwood door adds charm and character to the space.
Restored Barn wood Door
Our client wanted to bring some colour and texture into the space without taking away from the clean, bright aesthetic. This authentic restored barn wood door was brought to the forefront and had precisely what the space needed. Cubecom worked to incorporate it into the plans and it proved to be the charm we were looking for.
The entire space has a useable square footage of 2,000 sqft that was maximized for our client, who needed built in display cases, a spacious retail area out front, a dark room and a photo & print lab for production, and an office for administrative work. Lastly, because this company stocks plenty of cameras and equipment, ample storage space was also worked into the space.
Cubecom helped with the design, production, city permits, and installation for this outdoor signage in 3 different locations on the building. The signage is designed to legibly stand out against the blue-grey building, and is also an update to their old look.
