This turnkey office was leased, designed, built and furnished by Cubecom Full Service Realty. The owner wanted a clean and modern look with a glass boardroom to show off that gorgeous view. The end result: a bright and chic office with room to expand.

A Bright & Sunny Boardroom

This office space impressive high ceilings with ample light shining throughout the suite. We used that to our advantage and brought in the sunshine and sweeping views of Sugar Beach and Lake Ontario with big panels of glass to make the space seem larger. This was a clean and minimalist styled workspace with an emphasis on functionality.

What base Condition Really Looks Like

This is a before picture to illustrate what it means to lease a space in base condition. Cubecom Project Management not only leased this space in favour of the tenant, we then customized everything from floor to ceiling. The perks of working with Cubecom is that we manage all of the design, construction, and subtrades for your project, presenting a space where the owner just has to turn a key to enter in the end.
