Cannabis Retail Location

This is one of our latest full service clients. From lease, to design & construction, Cubecom is working to bring this space to life. Our interior designer worked closely with the City Cannabis team to make sure the interior designs were in line with their brand elements. The space features City Cannabis' signature pneumatic tubes, along with a beautiful "flower shop" design in the back. Here are the renders that were produced by our design team prior to construction, and will act as 3D blueprints for our construction team.

Law Office

Completed in July 2020, this was one of our fully serviced clients - from start to finish. Cubecom subleased their old office, found the company a new space and executed on space planning, design, construction and furnishing. Using the latest 3D render technology, we emulated the office in 3D before building it out. The build was completed as soon as possible, and with little error, even with COVID restrictions. And the results were incredible! See below for how our renders translated to real life.

A Growing Tech Company

With a fresh new office in the heart of Yorkville, Toronto, this office space needed a space plan that would be able to reconfigure and grow with the company. Cubecom Full Service Realty leased, space planned and furnished this space with expansion in mind. Using the most cost effective furniture, our space planner designed the floorplan around the electrical standing desks that proved to be the most important feature. The space was brought to life when our client chose to bring in lots of plants to add a layer of warmth to the workspace.

This turnkey office was leased, designed, built and furnished by Cubecom Full Service Realty. The owner wanted a clean and modern look with a glass boardroom to show off that gorgeous view. The end result: a bright and chic office with room to expand.

Turnkey Retail Space

With the Yonge Street redevelopment underway, our client needed a space with a brand new infrastructure and fresh feel to run their business. This was a fully serviced space that Cubecom leased, designed, built, and furnished with ample storage, custom millwork display cases, and bright showcase lighting. Shiny polished concrete floors and a beautiful multi-coloured barnwood door adds charm and character to the space.

2560 Matheson Boulevard East

Accounting Firm

Cubecom brokered the sale for this property as well and designed and furnished the space. Our designer chose to go with glass walls and warm wood that would modernize the office while keeping a professional and stylish feel. At 5,000 square feet, this space is now a mostly built-out floor plan with plenty of private offices and 4 boardrooms. Our designer took advantage of the windows surrounding the space by choosing glass walls that let the sun shine through. The cherry on top was a posh white quartz reception area that is bound to make an impression on any visitor.

Marketing Technology Company

This prime location was found, leased and built out by Cubecom Full Service Realty. This is a marketing tech company, who has moved into a brick & beam style building. We added glass boardrooms and lots of open space for desking. The modern vibe was carried out by exposed bricks and wooden beams as the backdrop for modern, stylish furniture.

Educational Centre for Kids

Cubecom Full Service Realty helped the owner find and lease this prime location, design the floorplan, and build out the space. Completed in July 2019, this turnkey office build-out is a learning facility with a calm, zen-like esthetic that is carried out by light walls and floors, furnished simply with white chairs and desks. As an educational space, the idea was to have minimal distraction for students of all age groups, and an open communal area for learning sessions. There was also a need for many private offices in order to facilitate one-on-one tutoring. In a fun, warm learning environment, the kids bring colour the space with all of their personalities.

Lawyer's Office

This is a unique location that was fully leased, designed, and furnished by Cubecom Full Service Realty. The owners wanted a space that gave a traditional lawyer's office feel. We carried out the vision with large, ornamented wood cabinetries and a custom built reception desk. Detailing the space with wooden accented furnishings and expressionist paintings including the famous Group of Seven prints.

A Publishing House

Built for a well-known publishing group, and completed in 2018, this 2,362 square foot space is one of our favourite turnkey office build-outs we've done. Cubecom Full Service Realty found this location, leased, designed, built, and partially furnished it. Located in a beautiful old building in The Junction, this cozy library theme was carried out by exposed bricks and beams, warm wooden floors and shelves, coloured with hundreds of books and a dozen, tidy potted plants.
