For fun, Shafin loves to go bike riding with his wife and two sons, and after completing two marathons and many races, enjoys the feeling of going for long leisurely runs and spending time with his family. In the fall and winter you can find him next to the fireplace with a good book.

Cory began his career as a technology analyst at Investors Group Wealth Management and earned his business degree at The Richard Ivey School of Business.

3 years as a corporate trainer at Drake Training followed by 10 years at Bell in research, forecasting, and process improvement set the foundation for a career in commercial real estate. This background taught Alan that relentless creativity, integrity, and responsiveness produce superior results. Coupled with his 20 years of tenant-focused real estate experience, Alan and his team seamlessly move from lease negotiation to project management, becoming a significant resource for their clients.
Superior planning must be coupled with effective execution and Alan’s analytical style and attention to detail protects his clients from unexpected surprises which can affect a tenant’s bottom line and operational efficiencies for years. Alan joined Cubecom in the spring of 2020, because it is the only real estate brokerage that has internalized the rigorous procedures for the set of services that Alan has come to be known for.

Cooper Blume is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly 5 years of experience in the commercial real estate. Cooper Graduated from Western University in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Studies. He then started off his career as a research analyst at a commercial real estate brokerage.
Throughout his experience as an analyst Cooper quickly developed his skills and became one of the top Retail Sales Representatives in the Country. He has already worked with the likes of Wine Rack, Krispy Kreme and First Capital Realty and is eager to carry over his skillset here at Cubecom.
