    • Experience: Minimum 3 years in commercial real estate sales, or a related field.

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, Marketing or related field

    • License: Valid Ontario Real Estate License

    • Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

    • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)

    • Self-Motivated: Results-driven with a strong ability to work independently as well in a team environment.

    • Networking Ability: Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and attending industry events.
