Cubecom Full Service Realty helped the owner find and lease this prime location, design the floorplan, and build out the space. Completed in July 2019, this turnkey office build-out is a learning facility with a calm, zen-like esthetic that is carried out by light walls and floors, furnished simply with white chairs and desks. As an educational space, the idea was to have minimal distraction for students of all age groups, and an open communal area for learning sessions. There was also a need for many private offices in order to facilitate one-on-one tutoring. In a fun, warm learning environment, the kids bring colour the space with all of their personalities.

This floor plan is circular in its form because of the functions of the business. The design is centered around a communal open area meant for workshops and group learning sessions. The space is designed with potential to include more private offices for future expansion. In the meanwhile, the need for ample one-on-one time with teacher and student, led the design to a total of 9 private offices.
