Coupled with his 20 years of tenant-focused real estate experience, Alan and his team seamlessly move from lease negotiation to project management, becoming a significant resource for their clients.

Alan joined Cubecom in the spring of 2020, because it is the only real estate brokerage that has internalized the rigorous procedures for the set of services that Alan has come to be known for.

Cooper Blume is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly 5 years of experience in the commercial real estate. Cooper Graduated from Western University in 2017 with a bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Studies. He then started off his career as a research analyst at a commercial real estate brokerage.
Throughout his experience as an analyst Cooper quickly developed his skills and became one of the top Retail Sales Representatives in the Country. He has already worked with the likes of Wine Rack, Krispy Kreme and First Capital Realty and is eager to carry over his skillset here at Cubecom.
